This 30 minute session will consist of me assessing your running style to identify any areas that can be improved, be it any weaknesses or just bad habits. It is so important to look after your body if you are a frequent runner, as an imbalance in both short and long terms can cause injuries. This, along with rectifying the issues, will significantly reduce the likelihood of injury. I will take some video footage of you running from various angles and will give immediate feedback where applicable. I take the footage home to further analyse it and give you feedback via e-mail, identifying any weaknesses and most importantly ways to rectify it. You can then decide whether you would like to take up some personal training sessions with myself to focus on these areas or find your own way - there is absolutely no obligation, I don't do "hard sales".
