About

I’m Dan, a Level 4 personal trainer based in Frome, Somerset.

Exercise has always been a key part of my life; I was part of the school rugby and athletics teams, which led into a bout of specialising in 5K runs and mud/obstacle runs (spartan races). Throughout all of this, weightlifting and functional training has been a key part of my training. I am a very strong advocate of health and well-being - your health is a lifestyle which consists of both physical and mental elements, so I'll advise you on eating nutritionally and getting your body to function the way it should, all while helping you feel good. Having worked for Nuffield Health in a corporate environment in London, I have dealt with a wide spectrum of abilities and goals and I have learnt from some of the best personal trainers, physios and various specialists in the company. Nuffield Health is THE best health and well-being company in the UK, encompassing the whole holistic approach to improve everyone's physical health, mental health and dietary lifestyle which is the correct approach to getting permanent results that really changes lives. 

My services are perfect if you’re:

  • A runner, be it beginner or experienced, I can analyse your running technique (biomechanics) and implement strength and conditioning programmes/sessions to improve your running

  • Building core strength and postural reconditioning

  • Advised by your GP to undertake exercise be it for obesity, diabetes or depression, I can create a specialist session tailored to your needs

Personal Training

Every client is different, therefore it is extremely important to tailor programmes and sessions to the individual. All abilities are welcomed and I take pride in being able to help my clients achieve their goals. No matter how big or small, every goal is equally important.

To arrange your first personal training session, please contact me.

  • £45 - 1x 60min Personal Training session

  • £170 - 4x 60min Personal Training sessions

  • £60 - 1x 60min Duo Personal Training session

  • £320 - 2x 60min Personal Training sessions within one week, covering 8x 60min sessions total

  • £420 - 3x 60min Personal Training sessions within one week, covering 12x 60min sessions total

N.B. All personal training sessions to be paid via bank transfer. Once we’ve agreed upon a slot, a health questionnaire will then be sent to be completed prior to the first session.
